Web Interface Designer

Next New Networks, a fast-growing, innovative online media company launching targeted television networks on the internet, has an opening for a Web Designer in our New York Office. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in creating the next big brands in entertainment and innovative new features and community tools.

Job responsibilities:

Custom development of web templates for our network websites
Customizing look and feel of websites using HTML and CSS
Designing and implementing tools and widgets for communities
Designing user experience of new interface elements

Required skills:

XHTML and CSS
Basic Photoshop / Illustrator production
Typography and layout experience

Pluses:

Javascript / DHTML skills
Familiarity with blogging tools (WordPress, Movable Type, etc)
Design skills in other media such as print, motion graphics, or animation
